1977 Porsche 924 Martini Edition
I’m selling this Porsche because I don’t know anything about the Fuel Injection System on this car.
Has been sitting for about 30 years. The Title is still a Washington Title.
From sitting so long I did change the oil which wasn’t bad from what I saw but I changed it anyway.
Does run but wont stay started. The throttle cable is frayed. I did start it by using starting fluid and removing the air cleaner and using my hand to move the Fuel Distributor Plunger up and Down. So it will need to be Towed by a trailer.
New Fuel Pump.
Just to see if it would run, I ran a hot wire from the fuel pump to the battery. Currently does not have a battery that was bad also. I used one out of my other car.
Fuel Sending Unit was really bad so it needs a new one.
It did not have a key when I got the car they were lost sometime through out the years. I used the old Screw Driver Trick to start it.
So it will need a new Ignition Tumbler.
The backseat is in really good shape as is the carpet.
The front seats and the dash are the worst thing about the interior.
It has the Original Cover for the Sunroof.
The Sunroof will need a new seal but has no rust all the way through.
The car has some surface rust but none all the way through that I have found. Underneath is good too.
The breaks are a little iffy. I think it might have a leak.
This car is a Project car and is being SOLD AS IS.
I believe the mileage to be Original from sitting so long.
This is also a Low Production Number car according to the VIN
