1.  No damage, split ends, moulder gouges, etc. BEWARE of other competitors selling seconds with split ends. This means that you only end up with 6-7′ at best, not counting in other damage that goes along with seconds. On the other hand nobody, including myself, can control mother nature. So when shipping wood from cold climate to warm climate/low humidity to high humidity and vise versa a few hairline cracks may occur. Wood is porous. It expands and contracts. It can’t be helped nor stopped until aclimated to its final climate and sealed. This is true for wood bought anywhere anytime.

This is what couses wood to twist.  Impropper stacking.  Huge wholesalers get this wood in by the truck load and throw it in a pile. After a short period of time the wood twists.
